Getting busy...

Da 8ari since the last posted recipe...getting busy of making sandwiches & gorengan utk jualan..huhu,yup!i'm doing a bisnes rite now...kecik2 je,sgt kecik...ape yg saye jual?so far,yg plg byk da tentu my toasted sandwich..tuna & scramble eggs sandwich...rase sekali pasti nak lagi...hehe..t'buat iklan plak...

Nak recipe?huhu,yg 2 x bole share dulu...the secret of doing business is to keep ur recipes as confidential,top secret of everything...hehe...mcm kfc simpan recipe dlm safebox 2 kan...hahaha...

Arini,saye x smpat nk share recipe...jgn mara ye,tau..mesti ade yg ckp,i ni ada hati nak create blog recipe,tapi malas update blog n share recipe baru kan..?bukan malas...tapi x bkesempatan...serious ni,i've had been busy all this while dgn my sandwiches business...x menang tgn..

So,arini nak share la sket dgn semua..Agak2 siapa suka makan buah2 masam dgn cicah colet...?Alaa,yg kicap cili 2...?huhu...mesti yg semua suka selalu makan cili potong tambah kicap tambah garam kan..? Haa,jom saye share cara kami makan cicah colet ni kat kampung...hehe...

BAHAN-BAHAN CICAH COLET KICAP:
- kicap manis
- gula pasir
- garam sikit
- cili padi dlm 5,6 biji (ikut tahap kepedasan yg anda sukai)
- belacan

CARA MAIN MASAK2:
-tumbuk cili padi bersama belacan dan gula
-tuangkan kicap dan tambah sedikit garam
-sedia untuk dicicah dengan mangga,epal ijau,nenas,jambu batu,jambu air,dan segala apa buah yang anda suka lah...

*huhu..actually,x semestinya cicah buah masam kan.... :-D
